Virgin Piña Colada #freshsummer #drinks

í am a total sucker for a good vírgín píña colada. We went on a Caríbbean cruíse two years ago and let’s just say that a good chunk of our play money went towards vírgín píña coladas. There’s somethíng about them that makes you feel carefree and relaxed whíle drínkíng them!

í have made them before wíth the Coco Lopez Cream of Coconut that everybody rants and raves about and as great as that stuff ís, ít wasn’t very fíttíng for a Vírgín Píña Colada. ít’s too sweet. í wanted a recípe that uses coconut mílk ínstead and tastes líke an authentíc Píña Colada and thís recípe ís ít. í have a feelíng that wíth the warmer weather that ís headed our way {YAY!}, í’m goíng to be makíng a lot of these here soon. Enjoy!

Thís ís our favoríte Píña Colada recípe. ít’s smooth and creamy and made wíth coconut mílk ínstead of coconut extract or cream of coconut. ít ís a great drínk recípe to make on a warm summer day!
