HEALTHY SLOPPY JOES #dinner #yummy


Solid messy joes are a simple, family top pick! You can serve them all alone with veggies, or on a bun simply like the first 'manwich.'

I'm flying in today with a basic formula you can clump cook for dinner designs and have available consistently.

Messy Joes were constantly one of my most loved sandwiches growing up. Albeit truly, I never had any thought how my mother made them. They may have originated from a can for all I know!To be straightforward, I wasn't actually a lot of a cook until I turned 24 or something like that. I even botched macintosh 'n cheddar once.


Ingredients :
  • 1.5 pounds ground turkey (93/7)
  • 8 oz tomato paste
  • 1/4 cup + 2 Tablespoons tomato sauce
  • 0.5 Tablespoons garlic powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 Tablespoons chili powder
  • 0.25 teaspoons garlic salt
  • 2.5 Tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 16 oz can diced tomatoes, drained (optional)

Instructions :
  1. In a large sauce pan, brown ground turkey over medium heat until completely cooked.
  2. Stir in all ingredients. Once mixed, heat on low for an additional 5 minutes.
